REQUIREMENTS TO APPLICATION MATERIALS

For participation in the Conference, please submit following materials to the organizing committee by January 16, 2012:

– The application form for participation in correspondence with the example provided;

– Presentation text in electronic (by e-mail or on an electronic medium) and in printed (2 copies, the second copy should be signed by authors) form; no more than 3 presentations (each is paid for separately) from a single author are accepted;

–        A copy of the receipt of an organizational fee payment (electronic payments are preferred).

Preparation of abstracts

   The text of the presentation up to 2 pages should be prepared in Microsoft Word for Windows, with the folowing formatting features: Times New Roman 12 pt; single line spacing; hyphenation on; pages not numbered; format А4; book orientation; margins: left - 30 mm, right, top and bottom - 20 mm; first line - UDC index beginning at the left margin; the next line - surnames of authors (lower case, name and initials of presenting author should be underlined);  one blank line and next line – presentation title (centered, in BOLD CAPITALS, no hyphenation); one blank line and next line – Russian abstract (Times New Roman, 9 pt, regular font); one blank line and next line - the text should be printed beginning with paragraph indent; text should not contain  figures and graphs, but may contain tables (prepared in MS Word Table option, in Times New Roman, 10 pt, table width - 10 cm, height – no more than 15 cm); table titles should be aligned by the left edge; text citations of sources in References should be put as numbers in square brackets, References list corresponding sources in the order they were cited, with corresponding numbers; preparation of the list of references should be done according to the usual procedure; one blank line and next line - English abstract (Times New Roman, 9 pt, regular); one blank line and next line – authors’ information – (institution title(s), city and country, e-mail).

The application file titles should be made in Latin in the following form: «author’s surname_application» for application form, «author’s surname_article» for presentation.

After sending of materials on conference within several days to you acknowledgement on reception of materials should come.

Authors are solely responsible for the content of presentations and abstarcts. Improperly formatted applications, abstacts of poor scientific quality and/or received after the submission deadline would be not considered and  not sent back.
